Stepping into Yoga for the first time? or maybe you are returning to your practice? What ever the reason, you've made the right choice to benefit both physically and mentally.

So, leave those expectations at the door, and turn up for you and only you.


All classes are welcoming and friendly so there is nothing to fear.

Why not book a 6 week course for your workplace


There are so many benefits of knowing how to manage stress in any workplace by coping better.  Recognising the signs of stress and how to calm the nervous system in response through mindfulness.


Each session is 45minutes approximately

Very much out of the attendees comfort zone. Yet very beneficial for those in such a body contact sport.  A pleasure to allow the jiu-jitsu academy become familiar with the benefits of yoga both physically and mentally
